Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Washington, D.C. area to lead the on-site delivery of complex data centre projects and to drive safe, high-quality outcomes.

You will motivate diverse teams, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and advance project objectives with strong communication and collaboration. You will oversee snagging activities, identify issues early, implement improved processes, and chair critical meetings to keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience managing on a data centre project.
• PM certification or pursuing one (we can help).
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and openness.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions.
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners.
• Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed.
