Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a data center project on client site in the United States. You will oversee progress, ensure safe work practices, and coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams to drive snagging, schedules, and engagements.

This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. We expect you to lead meetings, implement project processes, and proactively resolve issues while partnering with the client to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience project managing on a data center project.
• PM certification or actively pursuing one.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
• Thrive on building strong relationships with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions.
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners.
• Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed.
