Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, mission‑critical data center programs. You will own cost, schedule, scope, and client outcomes, directing PMs, APMs, and coordinators across complex, multi‑vendor engagements.

You will drive pre‑design feasibility, ROM estimates, and risk management while maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience in data center, industrial, or other mission‑critical environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects at scale: $50M+ total project cost, high schedule intensity, and technically complex MEP scopes.
• Direct oversight of trade contractors (electrical, mechanical, generator, controls, structural) in active, energized construction settings.
• Proven commercial and contract leadership, including RFP development, negotiation, and administration of GMP, NTE, or similar contract structures on large, consequential project scopes.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial management software.
• Deep working knowledge of MEP systems, critical power/cooling infrastructure, and commissioning standards (NFPA, ASHRAE).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy and decisive judgment in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project delivery on the program's complex and high‑value engagements, owning performance across cost, schedule, scope, and client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and direction to PMs, APMs and Project Coordinators, maintaining delivery standards and alignment.
• Lead pre‑design and feasibility efforts alongside engineering, including due diligence, constructability review, capacity validation, and ROM estimates.
• Drive the compressed, parallelized delivery methodology for speed‑to‑market, adapting sequencing for large, complex projects.
• Develop and review Method of Procedures (MOPs) for critical infrastructure, with detailed status reports.
• Execute procurement and commercial activities, including RFP development, vendor qualification, and direct contracting.
• Coordinate prime and trade contracts through complex, phased delivery.
• Manage project performance: GMP/NTE budgets, ROM, change orders, forecasts, pay apps, variance analysis.
• Serve as primary client interface, translating technical requirements into actionable plans with data‑driven reporting.
• Identify and elevate risk, escalate high‑stakes issues, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Ensure QA and commissioning of critical power, cooling, life‑safety, and control systems.
• Perform field assessments, onsite equipment evaluations, and commissioning activities; supervise tests.
• Collaborate on CAD‑driven design plans and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Enforce site safety protocols and lead safety stand‑downs and corrective actions.
• Support contract administration, insurance documentation, and governance on engagements.
