Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex data-center infrastructure projects. You will own cost, schedule, scope, procurement and client outcomes, directing PMs and coordinators on multiple high-profile engagements.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience in mission-critical environments, strong leadership, and a proven track record with GMP/NTE contracts. Remote work options include US travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Experience delivering $50M+ total project cost, high schedule intensity, and complex MEP scopes.
• Direct oversight of trade contractors in energized construction settings.
• Proven contract leadership, including GMP/NTE negotiations and administration.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial management software.
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, critical power/cooling infrastructure, and commissioning standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level reporting skills.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in fast-track environments with judgment.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project delivery on complex, high-value engagements across cost, schedule, and scope.
• Guide PMs, APMs, and coordinators to maintain delivery standards and alignment.
• Coordinate pre-design feasibility, ROM estimates, and value engineering.
• Develop and review Method of Procedures for critical infrastructure.
• Manage procurement, vendor qualification, and contracting under GMP/NTE.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls, and other trades through complex delivery.
• Oversee GMP/NTE budgets, ROM development, change orders, and forecasts.
• Provide primary client interface with rigorous, data-driven reporting.
