Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from inception to completion. You will oversee budget, schedule, risk mitigation, and production while coordinating cross-functional kickoff efforts and client documentation reviews.

The role requires strong collaboration with multiple departments to resolve issues, manage client relationships, and communicate risks with actionable solutions to senior leadership. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Technical degree in construction, engineering, or management related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project, infrastructure, facilities, and / or construction management in relevant industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
• Preferred master’s degree in construction, engineering, or management related discipline.
• Preferred certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution: budget, schedule, risk mitigation, and production.
• Coordinate, manage, and direct kick-offs projects.
• Review scope of work, contract, specifications, and client documentation.
