Qualifications

• 5–10 years of industry experience.
• Proven project management and high technical understanding of products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receives inquiries from customers and coordinates response with salesperson, ensuring reply within 24 hours.
• Coordinates delivery schedules and verifies logistics and updates progress.
• Contacts customers before jobsite delivery to schedule and fulfill logistics.
• Coordinates meetings and summarizes outcomes for the team.
• Mentors less experienced project managers and assists in training.
• Conducts monthly PM meetings and supports large low-margin projects as needed.
• Maintains orderly project files and manages changes in documents.
