Cook & Boardman, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of customer projects across aluminum and multiple divisions. The role requires clear communication, problem resolution, and coordination with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful completion.

The ideal candidate will help define scope, develop plans, manage changes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Report incidents to management when needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third parties/vendors and attend site meetings.
• Perform site inspections for quality, scope, and safety.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Handle project close-out activities.
