Cook & Boardman, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across divisions including aluminum, Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28. You will coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred (specific to industry standards).
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in project management within construction or related divisions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Report and escalate incidents to management as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Delegate tasks to resources and monitor progress.
• Ensure quality control verification and enforcement.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings per customer requirements.
• Perform routine inspections of work sites for quality, scope, standards, and safety.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Complete project close-out documents and activities.
