Job summary

Team Carney, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the NIC Curriculum Modernization, E-Learning Development, and Instructor-Led Training Revision Support for the National Institute of Corrections. This role is remote within the U.S.

and reports as Key Personnel to the prime contractor. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, manage milestones, communicate with the COR, and ensure compliant, evidence-based training solutions across 25 e-learning courses, 13 micro-learning modules, 2

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• 8+ years of relevant project and program management experience in learning, workforce development, or instructional technology environments.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams of 5+ personnel (instructional designers, graphic designers, technical writers, SMEs, QA testers).
• Active PMP Certification is required.
• Hands-on proficiency with e-learning design tools (Lectora, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience serving as primary Government POC and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Key Personnel and primary Government POC, providing leadership and management across the task order.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, graphic designers, technical writers, 508 testers, and SMEs.
• Oversee milestone planning and quality execution of multiple course development projects (25 e-learning courses, 13 micro-learning courses, 2 blended courses, 1 resident instructor-led curriculum).
• Present weekly milestone briefings to the COR and collaborate with NIC education leaders to deliver compliant training solutions.
