Job summary

Team Carney is seeking a high-performing Project Manager to lead the NIC Curriculum Modernization, E-Learning Development, and Instructor-Led Training Revision Support Task Order. The PM will serve as the Government’s primary point of contact, guiding contractor personnel and ensuring performance, quality, and efficiency across all efforts.

This remote role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership with 5+ person teams, a Bachelor's degree, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant PM experience.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ people.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Government’s primary point of contact and provide leadership for the Task Order.
• Assign tasks to Contractor personnel and supervise ongoing technical efforts.
• Manage overall Task Order performance, quality, and efficiency across technical issues and business processes.
• Make decisions and alert Government to potential contractual or resource limitations.
