Job summary

CFDay seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a federal curriculum modernization, e-learning development, and instructor-led training revision program for the Bureau of Prisons and NIC. The PM will serve as the Government’s primary contractor contact and lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for concurrent course-development efforts, schedules, resources, quality, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ personnel.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders.
• Lead strategic planning and execution of curriculum-development initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent course-development schedules, milestones, resources, and priorities.
• Direct and coordinate instructional designers, technical writers, graphic designers, accessibility/QA personnel, and corrections subject matter experts.
• Identify project risks, schedule delays, resource issues, and mitigation actions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, status information, and monthly progress reports.
• Brief course milestones and overall program status to Government stakeholders.
• Maintain quality, schedule, and performance discipline throughout the development lifecycle.
