Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within a public relations, advertising, digital, marketing or agency environment.
• Experience managing integrated client programs, including project planning, budgeting and timelines.
• Experience developing statements of work (SOWs), project estimates and work plans.
• Strong understanding of agency operations and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Experience monitoring budgets, forecasting and identifying potential scope changes.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate teams, facilitate discussions and build alignment across projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of integrated client programs, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with client objectives.
• Partner with client teams, finance and contracts to develop statements of work (SOWs), monitor budgets, support forecasting and help identify scope changes or project risks.
• Develop project timelines, estimates and work plans while helping teams prioritize deliverables, manage dependencies and navigate changing priorities.
• Work closely with client teams, finance, resource management and specialty practices to coordinate workflows, staffing and project needs across integrated programs.
• Partner with resource management and team leads to help align staffing with project requirements and maintain visibility into team capacity.
• Help identify opportunities to improve project workflows, templates and operational processes while supporting new business planning and agency initiatives as needed.
