Job summary

MRM Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager in New York City. You will oversee the development and implementation of complex solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, technology, QA, UX, and production to ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead client and partner communications, manage scope, timelines, and risks, and mentor junior PMs as needed. A strong background in project management within professional services and digital campaigns is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years' experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.
• Agency or client-side experience a strong plus.
• Strong skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong skill level with MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet).
• Strong skill with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, online routing).
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including UX, web development, web services, integration, hosting.
• Experience with digital campaigns (site, digital experiences, email, OLA).
• Experience with Print/Photo/Video Production a plus.
• Experience with project methodologies (agile, hybrid, waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the successful development and implementation of multiple, complex solutions.
• Effectively plan, problem solve and deliver quality with little supervision.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects (launches, programs) simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings.
• Create and manage project scope documents and schedules/project plans.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams including creative, technology, QA, UX/IA, production, analytics.
• Interact with clients and partners across the agency.
• Identify resource requirements and facilitate staffing.
• Coordinate asset deliveries with partners and perform asset quality reviews.
• Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration.
• Function as a client liaison.
• May mentor APMs and PMs.
