Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Governance: Direct end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to defined quality benchmarks.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive sponsors, business units, technical teams, and external vendors. Maintain clear communication and alignment across all organizational levels.
• Scope, Schedule & Financial Control: Define project scope, create detailed baseline plans, build WBS (Work Breakdown Structures), and actively manage budgets, resource allocation, and burn rates.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project dependencies, risks, and performance bottlenecks; establish comprehensive risk mitigation plans and drive immediate issue resolution.
• Agile & Waterfall Facilitation: Facilitate key governance forums, including steering committee reviews, status updates, and (if applicable) Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Vendor & Third-Party Management: Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and solution partners to monitor delivery commitments, contracts, and SOW compliance.
• Reporting & Metrics: Design and maintain project dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive progress reports using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive project management experience leading large, cross-functional technical or business
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe) is strongly preferred.
• Tool Proficiency: Mastery in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, MS Excel/PowerPoint).
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills. Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams without direct hierarchical authority.
