Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in corporate environments.
• Experience managing workstreams within large, multi-track programs.
• Strong planning, dependency, risk, and RAIDD discipline knowledge.
• Experience with infrastructure, platform, or enterprise delivery programs.
• Ability to engage with technical workstream leads and understand delivery discussions.
• Experience preparing executive reporting, dashboards, and leadership materials.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day planning, tracking, and execution for one or more workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, dependency logs, milestones, and RAIDD artifacts.
• Coordinate governance forums, working sessions, and cross-workstream alignment activities.
• Develop executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership materials.
• Facilitate alignment sessions, capture key decisions, and identify dependencies and risks.
• Support readiness assessments and milestone compliance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; ensure alignment across workstreams.
