Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead customer deployment projects from initiation through delivery and closure. You will coordinate across Sales, engineering, production, and logistics to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive management of risks and issues, and delivering high quality results while maintaining customer trust and accountability across multiple concurrent deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT infrastructure or professional services.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from initiation through delivery and closure, maintaining alignment on scope, schedule, priorities, responsibilities, and outcomes.
• Serve as primary customer contact or, when a Program Manager owns the broader relationship, lead project-level communication and delivery.
• Build customer trust through professionalism, responsiveness, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
• Lead cross-functional teams through influence, setting priorities and driving accountability without direct reporting authority.
• Monitor open orders and manage schedule requirements, fulfillment requests, and delivery commitments.
