• Proficiency with Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally >75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a matrix team to ensure successful commissioning of products and control systems.
• Establish and manage site team configurations based on required skills.
• Direct work of on-site personnel and coordinate with clients, OEMs, and Project Management.
• Develop site-specific procedures and safety programs; ensure compliance with site regulations.
• Prepare and track weekly status reports and conduct client meetings to review plans and deviations.
• Coordinate changes and ensure contractual obligations are met with minimal changes and expenses.
