United Therapeutics is seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion in a hybrid RTP, NC role. You will guide internal teams and external partners, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and risk mitigation while communicating updates to stakeholders.

The role requires a PMP or equivalent, 5+ years in pharma/biotech project management, and strong analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline such as science or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical device/life sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience working under pressure with tight timelines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team including internal cross-functional groups and external service providers.
• Manage projects from initiation through execution and closure, driving planning and execution.
• Oversee schedules, budgets and interdependencies across workstreams.
• Present project information to diverse audiences.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues, escalating when needed.
