Job summary

Leo New York is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale client engagements from initiation through delivery in our New York office. You will oversee cross-functional teams across strategy, data, creative, and production to ensure timely, on-budget execution of multi-channel campaigns.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a creative environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years project management experience in a creative services organization.
• Experience structuring and leading marketing and advertising projects with multidisciplinary resources.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Institute and enforce processes, workflows and tools for profitable delivery of client work.
• Drive a culture of delivery efficiency with the Project Management team.
• Scoping and managing multiple large-scale projects and client engagements.
• Partner with Client Service and Finance to manage contracts, estimates and staffing.
• Collaborate with Creative, Resource Management and Technology to support innovative work.
• Maintain high standards of communications, timelines, and asset management.
