Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Senior Project Manager for corporate workplace interiors in New York City. You will lead diverse interiors projects, drive budgets, schedules and client interfaces, with a focus on compliance and best practices.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in corporate interiors, strong Revit/AutoCAD, and excellent communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants. Hybrid work arrangement with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Architecture required; MA welcomed.
• 10+ years of continuous PM experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with NYC codes, base building infra and filing.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Prepare project budgets, schedules, invoices and fee tracking.
• Interface with clients, real estate teams, landlords and consultants.
• Oversee project staffing, production and close-out.
• Coordinate bidding, RFIs, questions and bid analysis.
• Manage project finances including contracts, change orders and collections.
