Job summary

Accounting Search seeks a Senior Project Manager for its New York City office to lead corporate workplace interiors projects. The role requires 10+ years of continuous experience and expertise in BIM tools.

You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client interfaces, coordinate with real estate teams, landlords and consultants, and ensure NYC/IBC code compliance. This is a full-time, hybrid role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; MA a plus.
• 10+ years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with NYC and IBC Building Codes and base building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse corporate interior projects from initiation to closeout.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and payment requisitions.
• Interface with clients, real estate teams, landlords and consultants.
• Review construction documents and conduct final red-line checks.
• Coordinate RFP responses and new business presentations.
• Monitor project finances including contracts and change orders.
• Oversee staffing, production, and consultant documents.
• Ensure compliance with NYC/IBC codes.
• Coordinate bidding, questions, and bid analysis.
• Attend project meetings and manage close-out.
