Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with NYC/IBC codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in responding to RFPs and new business presentations.
• Manage budgets, fees, contracts, change orders, and invoicing.
• Interface with clients, real estate teams, landlords, and consultants; oversee project team.
