Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; MA a plus.
• Min. 10 years of continuous PM experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; NYC/IBC codes knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse corporate interior projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare project budgets and schedules; manage change orders and invoices.
• Interface with clients, real estate teams, landlords and consultants.
• Coordinate bidding, approvals, and project close‑out; ensure code compliance.
