Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Columbus, OH seeks an Associate Project Manager to support Corporate Interiors projects for a major financial services client. You will assist a Senior Project Manager through programming, design, bidding, permitting and closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of construction experience, focused on Corporate Interiors.
• Knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry.
• Proven track record supporting complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and fast-paced decision making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel for project meetings and site visits.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of corporate interior projects under the direction of a Senior Project Manager.
• Coordinate regular project site visits to validate progress and quality.
• Read construction plans to identify potential issues or hidden costs pre-contract.
• Prepare detailed weekly reviews of project activities and communicate risks with solutions.
• Review budgets, vendor proposals, change orders, and invoices in financial systems.
• Maintain contracts, financial reports, progress updates, and lien waivers.
• Liaise between accounting and design/construction teams for daily transactions.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to enhance efficiency.
