Calculated Hire seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic investment and transformation initiatives for the Corporate Card business in Chicago. This role focuses on internal investments to enhance people, processes, technology, products, controls, and operating capabilities, guiding cross-functional teams from planning through delivery.

The successful candidate will partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Finance, and Change Management to drive

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading complex business and technology investment projects.
• Experience across product, technology, operations, risk/compliance, finance, and controls.
• Excellent governance, planning, and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Corporate Card investment and transformation projects.
• Develop and manage integrated plans covering scope, schedule, resources, financials, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Finance, and business teams.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, issue resolution, and timely decision-making.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and investment commitments.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Ensure business readiness and adoption of new capabilities and processes.
