Job summary

AttainX, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager/Contractor Lead to support DHS/CISA. This on-site role directs modernization, sustainment, and secure collaboration across a platform serving critical infrastructure.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with government stakeholders to deliver IT solutions. The position requires 5+ years of IT PM, cloud/microservices experience, and DHS-related collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, engineering, computer science, or information systems; or 15 years total experience incl. 5+ in IT PM.
Experience leading IT programs within DHS and with government stakeholders.
Experience applying agile methodologies including backlog management, sprint planning and iterative delivery.
Experience with cloud modernization, API integration and microservices.
At least one ITIL, PMP, or Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master).
Ability to read/write English to manage contract activities with Government stakeholders.
Ability to manage schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.
Coordinate compliance with DHS/CISA requirements for cybersecurity, privacy, PCII, EA and Section 508.

Responsibilities

Lead all work under the SOW and serve as primary contact for the CO and COR.
Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, integrated schedules, milestones and documentation.
Coordinate with CISA leadership and stakeholders to align delivery with operational needs.
Direct agile execution including backlog prioritization, sprint planning and iterative delivery; coordinate cloud modernization and API/microservices.
Oversee system assessment of cloud infrastructure, data flows and integrations; analyze technical debt and modernization options.
Maintain modernization roadmap, cost-benefit and risk analyses with measurable criteria.
Submit weekly status reports and quad charts; monitor risks and issues; escalate as needed.
Coordinate compliance with Federal, DHS and CISA requirements; support ATO activities.
Prepare and submit contract deliverables including reports, guides and training materials.
