Job summary

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager and Contractor Lead to support DHS/CISA IRME. This on-site role leads multidisciplinary teams, aligns delivery with mission needs, and manages government contracting activities.

A strong PM background in DHS, agile methods, and cloud modernization is expected. Applicants must have a degree in management/engineering/CS/IS or 15 years total experience with 5 years in IT PM, plus DHS-related project delivery experience and security clearances as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in management, engineering, CS, or IS; or 15 years total experience with 5 years in IT project management.
• Minimum 5 years leading IT projects, including DHS-related delivery.
• Experience applying agile practices including backlog management and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor performance across PM, transformation, app development, data, and operations.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, risks, and documentation; track cost and performance.
• Direct agile planning and coordinate development, migration, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
• Coordinate cloud infrastructure assessment, data flows, and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop modernization roadmap with cost-benefit analyses and measurable criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and oversee requirements traceability and actions.
