Responsibilities

Develop detailed budgets, estimates, and proposals across lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus formats
Manage project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation to meet delivery commitments
Lead and manage a small team on low to medium complex projects
Organize project teams and maintain effective relationships with staff, consultants, and clients
Identify risk exposures and resolve complex technical issues
Enforce department standards for deliverables, budget tracking, and project documentation
Ensure project information flows are maintained and documented
Evaluate damaged structures and compile scopes of repair and cost projections
Conduct work in alignment with DBI’s values, professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information
Perform property-damage site investigations, including in hazardous and physically demanding environments
