Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead restoration projects across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery with a focus on quality and safety.

Maintain client communications, procurement, and site inspections while leveraging modern tools to track progress and profitability. A valid PA driver’s license is required, along with the ability to lift 100 lbs and climb ladders as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess valid insurable Pennsylvania Driver’s License
• Pass Criminal background check.
• Pass Company Drug screening test.
• Ability to lift and carry 100 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders to 24 ft.
• Ability to climb steps, stand, stoop, kneel and crawl for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate in English in written and spoken manner.
• Proficient in business and construction math and geometry
• Willingness to lead diverse construction teams and confront deficient performance.
• Strong history of successful customer interaction and communication skills
• Strong planning and scheduling skills to start and close out projects.
• Attention to detail including inspection of ongoing and finished construction projects.
• Ability to use current technology including Smart Phone Apps and Job management software.
• Must have strong skills in a variety of construction-related activities.
• Must be willing to participate in company emergency on-call program.
