Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) seeks a detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead construction materials testing and special inspection projects within our CMT team. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, field and lab personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, and ICC standards.

This role also supports business development, proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships, with opportunities for mentoring project staff.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in construction materials testing or geotechnical engineering.
• At least 3 years of direct project management experience in a consulting or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of testing standards (ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, ICC, etc.).
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems (Excel, Procore, Metafield, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead the management, execution, and delivery of construction materials testing and special inspection projects.
• Coordinate testing and inspection services for soil, concrete, asphalt, masonry and structural steel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
