Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and cost management
• Experience with construction management, design/build, and general contracting delivery methods
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure all work complies with contract specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules
• Manage risk, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and representing the organization with professionalism and integrity
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and performance reviews to drive project success
• Contribute to preconstruction efforts, including estimating, scheduling, and value engineering as needed
