Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact construction projects across commercial, education, entertainment, and multi-family sectors. You will oversee scope from preconstruction to closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of PM experience on multi-million-dollar builds, a track record of delivering complex projects, and strong leadership and safety-focused practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management across commercial, education, multi-family, or entertainment sectors.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost management.
• Experience with CM delivery methods and general contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain clear communication.
• Ensure work complies with contract specs, quality standards, safety regulations, and schedules.
• Manage risk, changes, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Provide leadership to project teams and build client relationships.

Job Details / Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure all work complies with contract specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules
• Manage risk, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and representing the organization with professionalism and integrity
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and performance reviews to drive project success
• Contribute to preconstruction efforts, including estimating, scheduling, and value engineering as needed

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial, education, multi-family, or entertainment projects
• Proven track record successfully delivering complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and cost management
• Experience with construction management, design/build, and general contracting delivery methods
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and safety standards
