Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction/restoration.
- Proven ability to manage projects valued between $1–5 million.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Prepare contracts, revisions, and coordinate with contracts teams.
- Develop schedules with field leadership and oversee project financials (P&L).
- Mentor project teams and build strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with estimators and sales to review bids and proposals.
- Maintain 24/7 safety and quality control across all projects.
