STRUCTURAL Phoenix Office (Tempe, AZ) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from investigation to execution, with strong autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage project scopes up to several million dollars, develop schedules, control costs, and mentor field staff while ensuring safety and quality. A CM/ civil/structural degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5+ years in commercial construction/restoration.
• Proven ability to manage projects valued between $1–$5 million.
• Experience with structural concrete repair, strengthening or industrial maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and coordinate with contracts teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Oversee project financials including profit & loss and forecasting.
• Provide leadership to project teams and collaborate with estimators and sales.

Project Manager Location: STRUCTURAL Phoenix Office (Located in Tempe, AZ)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and collaborate with internal contracts teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules in partnership with field leadership.
• Oversee project financials, including profit & loss responsibility and financial projections.
• Provide strong leadership and supervision to project teams, including other Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and field crews.
• Work closely with in-house Estimators and Sales teams to review bids and develop proposals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate a commitment to 24/7 safety and quality control on all projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field will receive increased consideration.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the commercial construction and/or restoration industry will receive increased consideration.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects valued between $1-5 million.
• Experience with structural concrete repair, strengthening, and/or industrial maintenance projects will receive increased consideration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools.
• Strong leadership skills to train and mentor others effectively.
