Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Concrete/Masonry Restoration Team in downtown Chicago. You will lead projects from initiation to close, hire subcontractors, coordinate with vendors, and track equipment/materials to stay on budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 5+ years PM experience, and strong technical literacy with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $140,000.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced construction Project Manager for our Concrete/Masonry Restoration Team located downtown. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, within the division. They will lead the project from initiation to close, hiring subcontractors, working with vendors and tracking inventory of equipment and materials. This person should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits and project management methodology. They should also work well with others, be highly organized and detail-oriented, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.

A qualified candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 5+ years project management experience
• Experience with Concrete Restoration projects
• Technically literate individual
• Motivated and team player

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
