Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Charleston, SC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee project administration and deliver detailed, accurate information to stakeholders. You will drive scheduling, budget, and closeout processes for large-scale concrete projects.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in project management with GC or concrete contracting, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with structural concrete and bids. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 5+ years PM experience for a large-scale GC or concrete contractor.
• Experience with structural concrete projects.
• Knowledge of projects >$1M and construction principles.
• Bachelor's degree in CM or Engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure all project information is correct and timely.
• Create the preliminary schedule for each project.
• Perform project setup including contract review, cost codes, and budget.
• Organize logs for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Manage organized takeoffs for each project.
• Collaborate with Project Lead and operations to develop plan.
• Communicate important information to the team as needed.
• Compile daily job cost reports and ensure budget alignment.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed project closeout.
