Lithko Contracting is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee project administration and ensure accurate information flows to stakeholders. You will lead scheduling, budgeting, and takeoffs, coordinating with the Project Lead and operations teams to drive successful project outcomes.

The role focuses on complex concrete construction with projects typically exceeding $1 million, requiring strong organizational and communication skills and deep knowledge of construction

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project management for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Experience with structural concrete projects.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices for projects over $1M.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of project administration.
• Ensure accurate and timely project information for stakeholders.
• Create preliminary project schedules and budgets.
• Set up logs for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Maintain organized takeoffs for each project.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and operations teams on the project plan.
• Communicate important information and opportunities to the team.
• Compile daily job cost reports to align with budgets.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations.
• Execute detailed project closeouts.
