Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial concrete.
• Knowledge of construction principles/practices with experience on projects over $1 million.
• Experience with estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Develop a big strategy for concrete scope and collaborate on project plans.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up projects including contracts review, cost codes, and budgets.
• Create and communicate project information, logs, and schedules.
• Close out projects with detailed documentation.
