Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing a variety of project types, Commercial/Industrial focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and develop the project team.
• Develop the overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
• Validate progress and advise on execution goals.
• Allocate and manage manpower resources.
• Ensure processes and defined roles are followed.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve conflicts with customer management during the project.
