Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Nashville to lead concrete formwork projects and ensure safety, quality, and cost control. The role involves supervisingAssistant Project Managers and coordinating with subs to drive efficient project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background, 7+ years of PM experience, and strong CAD/BIM skills with a focus on formwork methods. This is a full-time on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum seven years of work experience in primary project management responsibilities.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all org levels.
• Expertise reading structural drawings and CAD utilizing formwork methods (BIM Modeling, AutoCAD).

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the execution and oversight of concrete formwork projects and ensures productivity, quality, cost control, and safety. This role involves supervising Assistant Project Managers and collaborating with subcontractors and vendors to support operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the planning and implementation of concrete formwork projects.
• Oversees jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/post-tensioning installation, safety, and quality.
• Responsible for managing the project productivity, costs, quality and safety consistent with company policies and practices.
• Oversees management of assigned projects including working with local team to develop processes for delivering total concrete solutions.
• Supervises the activity and development of Assistant Project Managers.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversees the monitoring of the overall safety and quality issues on the project.
• Manages the development and coordination of material and equipment schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Manages and coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contracts and associated processes and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, related degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum seven years’ work experience performing similar primary position responsibilities exceeding performance expectations.
• Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization.
• Expertise with reading structural drawings and performing computer-aided design utilizing formwork engineering methods, such as BIM Modeling and AutoCAD.
