Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale concrete construction projects in Atlanta, Georgia.

You will partner with area leadership to oversee project administration, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring accurate project information across teams. The role requires 5+ years in project management for concrete contractors, strong organizational and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s in CM or Engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Experience with structural concrete projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but not required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure all project information is correct and timely.
• Create the preliminary schedule for each project.
• Perform project setup, including initial contract review, cost codes, and the preliminary budget.
• Organize and set up logs for MPOs and POs to track all logged items and submittals.
• Manage an organized and accurate takeoff for each project.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational teams to develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Communicate important information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team when necessary.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs and quantities align with the budget.
• Create change orders based on a clear understanding of customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed closeout of each project.
