Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Atlanta, Georgia team. The role partners with regional project teams to deliver successful projects and provide critical operational support during all project stages.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction project management, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial work, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering. This is a high-visibility role in a growing Georgia market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing a variety of project types, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Lead the development of an overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Take ownership of project information and effectively communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
• Validate project progress and provide recommendations to ensure execution goals are met.
• Allocate and manage manpower resources to meet project objectives.
• Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are clearly executed.
• Maintain customer relationships by staying actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve conflicts or issues with customer management during the course of the project.

• General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
