Job summary

Doggett Concrete Construction is seeking a Project Manager for our Commercial Division to oversee planning, coordination, and financial management of multifamily concrete projects. You will assist with contract review, procurement, scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation, while working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred; associate degree considered with experience.
• 1–3 years of construction experience preferred.
• Commercial concrete construction experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office, PlanSwift, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract review, project administration, and maintaining documentation.
• Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with field teams.
• Help track budgets, costs, and pay applications.
• Maintain project records and documentation to support audits.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and General Contractors.
• Support safety and quality programs on site.
