Job summary

Weis Markets, Inc. seeks a seasoned project manager/business analyst to lead complex IT and business projects. You will serve as main liaison to sponsors, product managers and Weis Markets units, ensuring project delivery on scope, schedule and budget.

The role requires 8–10 years of related experience and an associate degree in a technical field, with PMP certification preferred. You will operate within Weis Markets’ structured PMO environment and adhere to established processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business operations management, project management, consulting or business analysis in IT or business processes.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for the project to sponsors, product managers and Weis Markets units; accountable for overall project management.
• Publish a comprehensive project plan with development schedule, resources and third‑party integration.
• Plan, schedule and control activities of complex projects spanning multiple orgs to meet time, budget and spec.
• Ensure adherence to PMBOK disciplines and enterprise PMO standards and tooling.
• Escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Follow company policies and regulations.
