Weis Markets is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction initiatives and ensure on-time, on-budget completion of retail facilities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scopes, and liaise with vendors and internal departments to deliver quality store environments.

The role requires building strong relationships with operations and giving input on design integrity, cost control, and compliance to company standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in construction management or related field.
• 1–3 years of design, fixturing, and construction experience for retail facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate scope, budget, and construction items for projects.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; provide monthly reports.
• Solicit change orders and negotiate with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and permits and coordinate closeout.
