Weis Markets is seeking an experienced project manager to lead complex IT and business initiatives, delivering value for our associates and customers. The role acts as the primary interface to sponsors, product managers, and Weis Markets business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
You will publish and manage a comprehensive project plan, coordinate schedules and resources, oversee third‑party integrations, and monitor progress to keep deliverables on time and within budget.

To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
Associate degree in computer science/computer engineering or related field or 8-10 years of experience as a business operations manager, project manager, consultant and/or business analyst in a role related to Information Technology or Business Processes. PMP Certification Preferred.
