Job summary

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex projects ensuring delivery on scope, cost, and schedule. You will oversee contracts, report variances, and coordinate with stakeholders to align efforts and resources for successful outcomes.

Required are a Bachelor's degree with 9+ years or a Master's with 7+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Earned Value Management. U.S. citizens only; background checks and drug testing required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or
• Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, including definition, planning and ensuring completion of tasks to meet objectives.
• Manage contracts, report variances in schedule and cost, evaluate change requests and approve/reject as appropriate.
• Control overall costs versus budget, manage subcontracted relationships, and identify mitigating risks.
• Interface with stakeholders, support personnel and line management to ensure objectives are achieved.
