• Experience on Commercial Office TI projects valued at $1M–$30M.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage projects from start to finish.
• Client-facing role to grow relationships and win new work.
• Supervise and direct all aspects of construction projects and teams.
• Perform cost budgeting and project forecasting.
• Manage schedules, change orders, billings and monthly status reports.
• Oversee multiple projects and project teams.
• Ensure work complies with city/county requirements and building codes.
• Maintain strong owner/architect communication on key Building Information.
• Accountable for key project details and client satisfaction.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Commercial General Construction Industry and will be responsible for leading successful Commercial Office Tenant Improvement projects ranging in value from $1 M to $30 M.
