Job summary

Flowtec Construction in Downtown Chicago is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will partner with the President and senior leadership, influence strategy, staffing, and client relationships, and shape how the business grows.

This is a high-visibility role with a strong backlog and the chance to mentor Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers while delivering complex renovations and new builds.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects for a general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, contracts, scheduling and construction operations.
• Experience delivering ground-up or complex renovation projects.
• Ability to lead project teams and confidently manage client relationships.
• A collaborative, commercially minded leader who wants influence beyond their individual projects.

Flowtec Construction is partnering with a highly respected Chicago general contractor that has been successfully delivering projects for more than 50 years.

You will work closely with the President, contribute to key operational and project decisions, and have genuine influence over how the business continues to grow.
