You will lead multiple projects or large, technically complex assignments from preconstruction through final closeout, directing project teams and ensuring safety, schedule, and quality. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of PM experience in commercial drywall or metal framing, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with construction-management

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent commercial drywall experience.
• 8–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with mission-critical or advanced manufacturing projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction-management software and project documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple commercial drywall projects or large, complex assignments.
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish budgets and pricing, including GMP and lump-sum work.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements to protect cost, schedule, and quality.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, forecasts, and reports.
• Review contract requirements and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
